Is your jerky gluten-free?

Yes, all of our jerky flavors are 100% gluten-free and contain significantly less sugar and salt than traditional jerky brands.

How long will my jerky stay fresh?

Unopened bags have a shelf life of approximately 12 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming the jerky within 3 days for maximum freshness and flavor.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.

What is your return policy?

As a food product, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
